Red Line Power Steering Fluid 355 ml – a high-performance, fully synthetic power steering fluid for passenger cars and light trucks, engineered to enhance steering performance, protect system components and extend overall service life.
The power steering system is one of the most frequently overlooked lubrication systems in a vehicle, yet it is essential for safe, accurate steering control. This fully synthetic, ester-based power steering fluid delivers highly effective protection against wear, overheating and technical degradation of the power steering pump, valves and other hydraulic components. The result is extended service life, reduced wear and improved efficiency of the entire power steering system. The fluid's excellent adhesion helps protect the power steering pump even at very low fluid levels.
Red Line Oil Power Steering Fluid provides reliable protection for seals and helps prevent the development of leaks in the power steering system. Its proven lubricating properties and high stability also significantly reduce the risk of
grabby or jerky steering wheel movements. Outstanding temperature stability minimizes the risk of fluid boiling and ensures a consistent, smooth steering feel even under demanding operating conditions such as towing, intensive city driving or sustained high-speed motorway use.
Red Line Oil Power Steering Fluid is suitable for most hydraulic power steering systems in both modern and older vehicles. It is not intended for use in Honda systems, systems integrated with self-levelling suspension (e.g. Citroën) or vehicles equipped with adaptive steering and active anti-roll bar systems.
Note: Power Steering Fluid contains additives that recondition dried rubber seals so they regain their sealing capability, which can reduce the likelihood of future oil leaks and help maintain optimal hydraulic pressure in the steering system.
To ensure optimal service life, reliability and performance of the power steering system, it is recommended to replace the power steering fluid every 4–5 years, or in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specified service interval.
