Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your notification to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. Parts in the e-shop that are used have no warranty. Return of the item is paid for by the sender.

Deliveries

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the item. Uncollected packages If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your items will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, dispatch fee and handling fee, currently 150:- SEK

 

Returns

922Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, in the case of a product: send or return it to us in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, if this does not cause you any inconvenience. Refund obligation: If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we must refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, in the case of a service, the notification of your withdrawal. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement items.
