- Models with a short compressor can retain the original A/C bracket
- The original exhaust system must be modified to retain the catalytic converter where required by regulations
- Pre-1970 models with generator/alternator mounted on the exhaust manifold require bracket 387-10031
- Not designed for cylinder heads with angled spark plugs (angle plug heads)
- Applications with an oxygen sensor require reducers 387-10110 for a 3'' three-bolt flange connection
- Tube #1 (front left) features a small indentation to provide additional clearance for spark plugs and ignition wires
- Not compatible with 1967–1969 Camaro models equipped with factory air conditioning
- Not compatible with cylinder heads featuring angled spark plugs or raised exhaust ports
- Original engine mounts must be retained to maintain correct engine position and ensure proper header fitment
- Not compatible with manual transmission on Monte Carlo and later passenger car/wagon models
- Supplied as a complete installation kit, including mounting hardware and premium gaskets for a straightforward, leak-free installation
- Fully compatible with original power steering and power brake systems.
