Base coat on the diff housing for Corvette C3

The next step has now been taken with primer applied to the prepared parts connected to the differential housing on the Corvette. The crossmember where the diff is mounted with its own bracket has been sanded clean from surface rust and then treated with rust converter in two coats. A fresh layer of primer is now on and will cure until tomorrow. After that, a semi-gloss black color will be applied to the crossmember before installing the differential housing. The bolts and clips that hold the brake line in place were a bit too damaged, so new ones are on their way from Corvette Central.
